The Dinner Menu
features fresh salmon, beef steaks, Highland venison and many
other dishes to create a memorable experience of Scottish dining. Local
produce is often used and most dishes are individually prepared.
Bruce's special dishes for the evening are highly popular and all meals
include fresh vegetables of the moment. Vegetarian options are always available. An
average price for a restauarant meal, including wine, is around £25.
